What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the below logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative. 

We accept Paypal, Visa, Venmo, ShopPay and ApplePay. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Payment Security - All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. P1nk Couture is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

 

How to maintain Jewelry

**For the best care of your jewelry, do not shower with your items. If your items do turn, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. As each person's body oils make different metals react differently, it is NOT our responsibility to return or exchange your item. We apologize in advance.

How can I contact you?

How do I check my order status?

Once you have placed an order you will be notified of all tracking information within 24-48 hours. 

 

I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?

Once your order had been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. We start working on your order right away as soon as it has been confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please double check all orders as well as payment methods before placing your order. We cannot update discount promo codes to your order after your order has been place. I have ordered the wrong item by mistake. Can I edit my order?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. We start working on your order right away as soon as it has been confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience. How can I track my Package/s?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if your shipping method chosen has tracking).

 

What if I put in my wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order hasn't already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. Please email officialpinkcouture@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. 

 

What if my package is lost?

P1nk Couture is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. Contact the shipping carrier for any information. 

 

What if my package was returned to the sender? 

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order. 

*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order.

Restocking Fee

In the case you would not like your package sent back or would not like a replacement for your item and would like a refund, we charge a restocking fee of $10 USD. This fee includes the cost of shipping your order the first time and will be deducted from your order refund amount total.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do NOT offer international shipping at the moment. 

 

Do we accept returns and exchanges?

At this time, we only accept exchanges. We do not offer returns. We are happy to give you an exchange within 7 days of purchase if your items arrive damaged/broke. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at officialpinkcouture@gmail.com

 

Damages?

Please email officialpinkcouture@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation if you notice anything wrong with your order.
